The Bill (Reg. No.4321) amends Article 54 of the effective Law, determining a new (formula-governed) procedure of estimating the rate of wages for calculation disability pensions and pensions due to the loss of a provider in the Chornobyl disaster.

The Committee members uphold the legislative initiative. However, they believe that introduction of the formula for calculating the rate of disability pensions and pensions due to the loss of a provider in the Chornobyl disaster will result in the disproportions in the rate of pensions.
